Where is the Hat Bar Party held?
Hat Bar Parties are held at your home or venue of your choice. We bring the bar to you!
 
How do I book a mobile Hat Bar Party?
To reserve a party date and time in Memphis, TN or the surrounding area, press "BOOK NOW " on the Packages Page and follow the directions.
 
What happens after I book a party?
Once your party is booked, we will reach out for further event details (i.e. number attending, special event type, special requests, etc.) to make sure your party goes off without a hitch!
 
How do I prepare for my mobile Hat Bar Party?
Designate a space for your mobile Hat Bar to set up with access to an electrical outlet and we take care of the rest!  Our friendly party hostesses will have everything needed for your har bar experience.  Please let us know when booking your party if you have any special space restraints and we will tailor your experience to meet your needs.
 
How far will you travel?
We will travel roughly 20 miles from the Memphis, TN area.
 
How many designers can I have?
Your party package includes (10) designers. Each package has a different price for additional designers listed. You may add up to (3) additional designers to your party package. This change must be communicated at least  (3) days prior to your scheduled event. An invoice will be sent for the additional designers and must be paid at least 24 hours before your scheduled event. Payment will not be accepted in person the day of the event.
 
I booked a party but now I need to change the number of designers. What should I do?
All party packages accommodate 10 designers. If you need to add one or more guests to your party, you must make those changes 3 days prior to your scheduled event. Please contact us using the "contact us" form on the website or via phone (901) 492-1376 someone will return your call within 24 hours. If you bring more than you booked for without notice, please note we will not be able to design hats for the extra guests due to another hat bar party being booked after yours. If you have fewer guests than the allotted package number, a refund for fewer guests will not be given.
 
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations made 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event date, a full refund can be provided or the event can be rescheduled.
Cancellations made 1 week (7 days) prior to the event date, no refund will be given, but you are able to reschedule to a different date if the date is available. If not, we will make every attempt to reschedule within the desired timeframe.
